Chat Help:

To schedule an appointment to "chat live" with a Librarian about your question, use the link to "Schedule an Appointment" on the www.infoeyes.org homepage. Fill out the online question form to request an appointment. Be sure to include your email address, checking the spelling, and then type in your request for an appointment. Submit your request by clicking (or tabbing to and pressing "enter") on the "Ask" button.

One of our InfoEyes Librarians will reply to your email to schedule a time to meet and will give you the link to follow to get into the online chat room at the scheduled time. In case you need it, the link to get into the online chat room for your meeting is: .

After selecting this link, type your name in the box and click (or tab to and press "enter") on the "Enter" button. If you have never used this software before, a small applet will download on your computer as you enter the room.

We use Talking Communities software. If you have technical difficulty entering the chat room, go to Talking Communities support page.
