Logging In
1. Using Internet Explorer, access the QuestionPoint service, by going to: http://www.questionpoint.org/
2. Click on “Librarian Log on” in the top left of your screen.  The QuestionPoint Login screen will open in a new window (see screenshot below).  You will want to make a bookmark for this page.

Active

Questions with an ‘active’ status may be one or more of the following types:
· Submitted by patrons through your Ask a Librarian chat or email web forms
· Manually added to the QP system through “Add Question”
· A patron follow-up to a librarian's response (Email received)
